Users may subscribe to our monthly service plan to receive live support for desktop assistance needs, including software installations, configuration, updates and troubleshooting. If you are a small business user, think of this service as a way to call a friend for help.

A-la-carte Services

Porn Defense - This is a router configuration change to help defend computers inside the local network from Porn sites. You may perform this service yourself at no cost if you have the technical skills to login to your router and can safely make configuration changes by following the instructions here. HOWEVER, unless you are completely confident of your knowledge of router configurations, it is recommended that you engage the services of a skilled technician, otherwise your Internet services may be rendered non-working.

Please find the router's "user name" and "password" so that we can login to make changes, if necessary. Many routers today print the default user name and password on the bottom of the router, like this example:

If you cannot find the router's "user name" and "password", we can try looking up the manufacturers defaults, but you must determine at least the manufacturer and model number in order to use this method.

Not all support functions will require logging into your router. But having it available will save time in case it is required.

Your use of Our Products or Services are subject to the following agreement:

We, Us, Our, Consultant refers to Saige Court Properties, LLC, an Oregon Limited Liability Company, which markets Products and Services under the name SaigeAdvice℠.

You, Your, Client refers to any client or customer of Saige Court Properties, LLC to whom one or more Product or Service is provided, regardless of whether a fee or price is charged to provide the Product or Service.

Limitation of Liability
In recognition of the relative risks and benefits of the project to both the Client and Consultant, the risks have been allocated such that the Client agrees, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to limit the liability of Consultant, its owners, employees, partners and assigns to the Client for any and all claims, losses, costs, damages of any nature whatsoever or claims expenses from any cause or causes, including attorney's fees and costs and expert witness fees and costs, so that the total aggregate liability of Consultant shall not exceed $50, or the Consultant's total fee for services rendered on this project, whichever is greater.

It is intended that this limitation apply to any and all liability or cause of action however alleged or arising, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Additional limits of liability of $500 may be made a part of this Agreement for an additional fee of 50% of the total fees included herein.

Some Products or Services which You may engage (or We may engage on Your behalf) are provided by Third-Party Vendors which offer their Products or Services under a separate agreement not governed by this Agreement and for which We shall have no liability.

Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement, or the breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The number of aribtrators shall be one. The place of arbitration shall be Portland, Oregon. Oregon law shall apply. Judgment on the award rendered by the aribtrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

Although Norton™ ConnectSafe is a free service to block unwanted websites, it requires setup and configuration on your home network. If you possess the technical skills and networking know-how, you can setup this service on your own. But if you need help, you may receive help from us.

Please understand that we must charge a fee for our service, because in order to setup Norton™ ConnectSafe, we must work with you to:

  1. Install the TeamViewer™ software on your computer. This allows us to connect to your computer so we can "see" what's going on and make the necessary changes for you.
  2. Determine the correct username and password for your Internet router.
  3. Login to your Internet router and perform administrative changes.
  4. Test to make sure that the changes were correctly applied.

All of these things take time, and we do appreciate being able get paid for our work. But we also want to make sure that you are completely satisfied. So we offer this guarantee of our work:

If for any reason we are not able to complete the setup of Norton™ ConnectSafe to your satisfaction, we will refund all of the money you paid us to do the work.
